The project involves the areas of finances (including the budgeting, controlling and consolidation modules), resource planning, project management, Payroll and Human Resources. The works will also include building the data warehouse and integrating the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system into a real estate management system. GANT Development S.A. is a holding of SPVs which run their financial business since 1991 and Development business since 1998. The latter is focused on building housing and service facilities but also marketing and managing the properties.
